Jordana is excited to take on her new role as Camp Director in conjunction with her role as one of Central Synagogue’s Twos Head Teachers in the May Family Nursery School, for which she also is the After School Coordinator. Jordana has completed her fourth year teaching at Central. She has her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Vermont and her master’s degree in Early Childhood Special and General Education from Bank Street College of Education. Before coming to Central, Jordana taught for two years at Merricats Castle School. A lifelong camper, she was a counselor at the 92Y Camp K’Ton Ton for six summers.

Jordana is from Long Island, New York. She currently resides on the Upper East Side with her dog Penelope. During her free time you can find her at the movies, reading books and eating sweets!
