Elva Card is originally from the beautiful country of Belize. She migrated to the United States in 1991 and has been with Central Synagogue for over 20 years. Before entering teaching, Elva was a nurse. She is currently a teacher in the Purple Room. Elva likes to spend her weekends in the Pennsylvania Poconos and her favorite activities are reading , watching movies, and spending time with her family. In addition, her favorite holiday is Passover.
