LCLJ hosted year-end student showcases over the last two weeks, and our third graders showed off what they learned in their unit on Genesis by creating newspapers from the time.

Articles in the Genesis Times covered the stories of Genesis and featured sections on fashion, business, travel, sports, weather, and more.

At showcase, parents entered the student “newsroom” and had a first look at the newspapers. After reading, our families wrote an op-ed answering the question: What is one lesson we can learn from our ancestors and apply to our own lives?
