By-laws Unanimously Approved at June 18, 2015 Membership Meeting

The proposed changes to the Central Synagogue By-Laws were unanimously passed on June 18.
Significant changes include:
- Allowing full membership rights to children of members until they are 26 years old (previously 23)
- Ability to use emails for meeting notices and proxies
- Ability to use video-conferencing equipment at meetings
