An Illustrious & Illustrated Get Shabbat Weekend

Our recent Get Shabbat Weekend featured a wide variety of Shabbat experiences for the Central Synagogue community, including yoga, volunteer opportunities, a rock Havdalah service, kippah crocheting, a Shabbat game show, outings to museums and sites around New York City, kumsitz (a musical gathering/sing-along), worship, challah-baking, and more. Our talented LCLJ educator Noam Oren captured some of the magic through visual note-taking (also known as as sketchnoting), creating a lively and dynamic illustration of our time together.
