Many visitors coming to Central Synagogue on the weekly Wednesday 12:45 p.m. tour write in our Visitors Book. This Israeli visitor illustrated his comments. His message reads, “To our dear ones at the synagogue: It is gorgeous, the warm welcome, the feelings that surrounded us when we saw the ark, the beauty, the cultural richness and to know that even in the Diaspora, you are guarding our Jewish Identity, the Nation of Israel lives.”

We host visitors from all over the world, some are Jewish, many not; some are simply sightseeing; all are moved by their visit and by Central’s congregational history.
