Don’t Sweat It! Mindful Yoga

Make time to breathe in kavanah (intention) and breathe out stress. Join us on the terrace (or inside if it is too hot or rainy) for an evening of mindfulness and movement with yoga instructor, activist, writer, educator, and interfaith ritual leader Lauren Ahava Jacobs. Together, we will explore the “spanda” (the ebb and flow of energy), balance strength and flexibility, find our tikkun (wholeness), and nurture our sense of compassion. Registration is required - space is limited.
