Join Cantor Julia Cadrain, congregants Robin Kellner and John Sicher, and Dr. John Avery of NewYork-Presbyterian for a talk about supporting loved ones with substance abuse and a training in NARCAN—the life-saving medication that can quickly reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. After being trained by Dr. Avery, attendees will receive a NARCAN kit and become authorized to carry and use it on anyone experiencing an overdose. Whether you have a family member or friend fighting substance abuse, or want to be a first-responder to anyone in need, this session can help you to save lives.

Today more than ever we rely on you to support our educational, community, and spiritual programs that are so important to Central members and the Jewish community-at-large. If you are able, please support our Annual Yom Kippur Appeal today with a tax-deductible contribution.
