Rabbi Sarah Berman returns to the Metropolitan Museum of Art to explore texts and objects that illustrate the lives of Jews from antiquity to modernity. With her 10+ year background in art and curation Rabbi Berman will help you to discover how these historical artifacts can bring Jewish history to life. The first and last classes will be held at Central and the other five in the series will be at the Met. This is a repeat of Rabbi Berman’s popular history class, intended for participants who have not had a chance to take it before.
