Marina Nebro joined Central Synagogue in 2023 as the Program Manager for Adult Programs. Born and raised in Great Neck, New York, she is passionate about fostering diverse, accessible, and loving learning-based communities. She graduated from CUNY Queens College with a bachelor’s degree in History and Art History and a master’s degree in Art History. Marina comes to Central Synagogue from a vibrant career as a museum educator, higher education administrator, and community builder. In addition to her work at Central Synagogue, Marina is active in her local Jewish community in Western Queens, where she oversees children’s programming. Outside work, she enjoys art-making, yoga, Spanish dancing, and caring for her two cats.
