Classes include Summertime Toddlers, Midsummer Music, and Summer Shabbat A Lot and are designed for children who have not yet started nursery school.
Camp Central is our new summer program for children between the ages of two and five, right here in Central Synagogue classrooms and outdoor play spaces. Campers will be grouped according to age, and “bunks” will be staffed by Central Synagogue Nursery School teachers and Central Teens. Camp highlights include: special theme weeks, water play, gardening, music with Shira, yoga, soccer, and cooking. Register your camper for the first 4 weeks or the full 7 weeks.
Shabbat Central provides a warm, exciting, and accessible Shabbat experience for your entire family. Geared to families of children from birth to age five, Shabbat Central is led by an experienced musician and children’s service leader along with members of the clergy and Early Childhood Department staff. Children and families gather together for song, prayer, movement, stories, and fun.
