Interested in building a meditation practice? Wondering “what’s Jewish” about meditation? In this weekly drop-in class, we will practice mindfulness meditation with additional inspiration from Jewish text and tradition. No prior meditation or text study experience required.

Join Rabbi Rebecca Rosenthal as we learn new and exciting things about Passover and discuss strategies for keeping everyone, especially kids, engaged in the Passover seder. Can’t make this time, don’t worry the discussion will take place two other times.

Why Knot Knit Mondays

Monday mornings new and experienced knitters are busy creating beautiful pieces of clothing that are donated to New Yorkers in need. Extra hands are always welcome. Don’t know how to knit? This is also a great way to learn!

This course considers the challenges of Jewish acculturation to American life, exploring the sacrifices and contributions that have been made over the past 200 years. Lessons will explore a range of questions that address American and Jewish culture and identity. No prerequisite. Open to members and non-members.
