Daniel Nadelmann joined Central Synagogue in 2005. Previously he had served as director of development for the Association of Reform Zionists of America (ARZA) and the World Union for Progressive Judaism.
Daniel has also been the executive director of the Jewish Federation and the Jewish Community Center of Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties in New Jersey. He received his B.A. from Harvard University and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Daniel also holds an advanced degree in Social Studies Teaching and Curriculum Development.
Earlier in his career, Daniel taught American History and Government at Scarsdale High School and worked as an executive director for Young Judaea, the Zionist youth movement. Daniel has two young daughters, Ellie and Rachel.
